Branch Manager -Sales - Retail Liabilities (2-9 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Hand holding of Branch staff for day to day sales activities.
2. Monitoring audit & basic hygienic factors of branch functioning to ensure good audit score.
3. Proper sales management trainee given to sales staff
4. Proper resource productivity trading or alternate days to ensure the branch are meeting out the profitability matrix.
5. Micro Marketing done in each catchment of branch to ensure the utilization of the source accordingly.
6. Interfacing with clients in a positive mind set for understanding & anticipating their needs, devising acceptable ways for fulfillment thereof, so that a lasting relationship is built ensuring customer retention & repeat business
