Position - Branch Manager
- Branch management (Admin/HR and accounts related activity)
- Branch business promotions
- Branch profit and loss management
- Analyzing performance valuation of staffs on daily to ensure the company's development.
- Maintain good relation with the managers to enhance services of the clients
- Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff, planning and evaluating department activities.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Develops personal growth opportunities.
- Team handling. & Client handling
- Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Establishes strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial service, and operation information Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective Business development opportunities
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Meet goals and metrics of the branch
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
