Branch Manager - Sales - Real Estate (5-8 yrs)
- Recruit, develop, and retain branch production and other support staff to achieve branch sales and volume goals.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Conduct ongoing sales calls to create, develop and maintain referral relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and consumers
- Responsible for branch management, sales and services, business development, branch profitability, process, risk management, team building and motivation.
- Oversee the sales and Acquisition process to attract new clients / Owners.
- Achieving business targets assigned to the branch and also ensuring achievement of business targets of all team members.
- Adherence to cost budgets and ensuring branch profitability.
- Ensuring high levels of customer experience and follow up with customers for collections.
- Adhering to laid down processes and guidelines.
- Overall branch administration and management of the team.
- Ensuring excellent internal and external audit rating and closure
