Branch Manager Experience is the must.
Required Skills:
- Must possess previous branch handling experience.
- Should possess strong sales, people-management and customer-service skills.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
Role Description:
- Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full-service branch office, including Home Loan and LAP, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the organization objectives.
- Responsible to manage & oversee complete branch activities like: sales, transactions, documentation, business development & team management.
- Manage a team to drive client acquisition, building household level customer relationships and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship.
- Achieve branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationship. Maintain AOP (Annual Operating Plan) for the financial year.
- Conduct field audits and customer verification.
- Coach and mentor field officers.
- Assess and monitor portfolio quality and loan limits.
- Develop and implement livelihood advancement and community development initiatives.
