Branch Manager - Sales - Loan (6-11 yrs)
The Branch Manager - Loan Against Property (LAP) & Personal Loans (PL) is responsible for driving sales, managing branch operations, and ensuring the growth of the LAP and PL business. The role involves overseeing the sales team, managing relationships with customers and channel partners, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Drive business growth for LAP & PL by achieving assigned sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Identify and build relationships with DSAs, connectors, and other business partners to generate leads.
- Ensure high conversion rates by supporting the team in lead closures.
2. Team Management & Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set performance goals and track the team's progress to ensure business targets are met.
- Motivate and guide the team to enhance productivity and customer service.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions on LAP & PL products and selling techniques.
