Experience : 8+ years of relevant experience in Secured Loans
- Relevant experience working with NBFCs
Qualification - MBA, CA
CTC -10 -12 Lacs pa
Product - Secured Loan-LAP (Loan Against Property)
Required Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of Secured Products, having unsecured product knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Ability to do Open Market Sourcing
- Expertise in MS Office
Primary Functions & Responsibilities
1. Exercises authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, career development, salary actions and terminations of subordinate personnel.
2. Brings out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
3. Communicates and implements new ideas and marketing strategies within branch market area to improve sales and promote company's growth.
4. Implements corporate culture through reinforcement of quality service and teamwork and maintain a high level of employee morale within the branch.
5. Develops business through expansion, retention, and development strategies.
6. Addresses customer satisfaction issues promptly
7. Locates areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
8. Adheres to high ethical standard and ensures branch compliance with audit and regulatory procedures.
