Job Description:
- Managing a team of on-roll managers in agency channel and drive business through them.
- Managing the branch smoothly.
- Taking care of training the managers and motivate them.
Desired profile:
- 5+ Yrs. exp. in life insurance sales with 2-3 yrs. team handling exp. from Agency Channel preferably.
- Must be familiar with local places and language.
- Must be a graduate.
- Must have job stability and excellent business records preferably 1.5 to 2 Crores yearly.
