- Train Agents and team handling work to be done ensure that agents can sale out life insurance policies easily.
- Local Language is to be known of their respective locations
- Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those relationships
- To meet sales targets through fulfillment of leads, generating own references and conducting onsite sales.
- To achieve sales targets using consultative sales approach, whilst ensuring service levels and customer satisfaction remain paramount
