Branch Manager - Sales - LAP/Home Loan (4-6 yrs)
Experience: 4-6 years experience in HL/LAP Products
Reporting to: Regional Manager

- Having built a robust and profitable affordable housing loan business with the support of a strong leadership team and cutting edge technology, HFFC is now at a trajectory where they are envisaging exponential growth while simultaneously diversifying into multiple channels.
Key Result Areas :
- Responsible for achieving branch level sales target of Home Loan and LAP by managing end to end process of sourcing, credit checks and disbursals.
- Leading a team of RM's and CSM's.
- Market development by onboarding of new channel partners and sourcing business from builders, DSA's and Connectors.
- Striving to create a niche product by venturing into high ticket size market, and tapping the underserviced segment leftover from banks.
- Implementing unique BTL marketing campaigns to add channels,
- NPA sales and direct customer interaction.
- Collections management and resolutions by selling out NPA flats.
