Branch Manager - Sales - IT Hardware (1-6 yrs)
Position: Branch Manager - 1
Job Location : Hyderabad
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training,budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with current customers and establish good relationships with new ones.
- Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage daily operations, especially customer service and finance activities, and make improvements as needed.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
- Meet goals and metrics.
- Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Address customer satisfaction issues promptly.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Businesses Administration or related field is preferred.
- Proven branch management experience, as a Branch Manager or similar role.
- Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
- Ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Results driven and customer focused.
- Leadership and team management skills.
