Job Description:
- To acquire new corporate clients in the specified region/market
- To achieve the sales/revenue targets of Branch. Leverage personal relationships and industry expertise.
- To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products- pitch according to their specifications
- Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients.
- Fulfillment of Sales quota annually
- To map potential sectors
- To achieve target plan by developing new ideas to achieve sales growth. Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship.
- Must be able to represent several company products in the Network Applications Business Unit
- Manage the sales opportunity funnel with the help of sales personnel
- Creating an enthusiastic customer base by selling our leading products and services.
- Primarily responsible for the continued growth of sales and account operating profitability of Branch
- Manage, lead and motivate assigned staff.
- Understand, interpret, explain and apply Company policy and procedures.
- Analyze complex service-related issues and problems, evaluate alternative solutions and Develop sound conclusions and courses of action.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and all employees
- Participates in developing, implementing and evaluating branch plans, work processes, systems and procedures to achieve or exceed monthly and annual goals, objectives and work standards
- Participates in forecasting, implementing and evaluating branch sales and revenue growth goals.
- Highly motivated, energetic, disciplined, ambitious and results-oriented.
