Branch Manager - Sales - Insurance Sector (2-5 yrs)
1. Managing sales & distribution of Health products in the assigned DO location
2. Consistently achieving Sales targets as below:
- GWP Sales target
- New Agent Recruitment targets
- Agent Activation
3. Responsible for building a strong Agency Network
4. Regularly Train & develop existing and recruited Agents
5. Build a productive distribution by consistently engaging with Agency
6. Continuously review Agents performance and their productivity and set periodic targets.
7. Obtain regular feedback and build in new ideas based on market reports
8. Coordination with UW, Ops & Claims departments for all backend support.
9. Managing agents.
10. Managing digital offices.
- Maximum Age of 30 Years
- Permanent resident of the DO location (within 30 kms of the base location)
- Over 2-5 years of relevant experience in Agency sales - Health/Motor/Life Insurance with a preference to experience of Sales role in Health Insurance Company
- Need ambitious, aggressive & growth oriented incumbents to drive aggressive sales targets in the assigned DO location
- Proficiency in English and local language.
- Should need to possess a Two - wheeler and Smart-phone for on-field activities
