Position Summary:
This position is responsible for health agency sales with end-to-end ownership for Managing Partner & Agent Partner performance for the assigned location.

Professional Qualification :
Overall Experience
(No of Years range) : 8 Years to 10 Years
Life Insurance Experience : 5 Years to 6 Years desirable in Life Insurance
Role & Responsibility :

- End-to-end ownership for Managing Partner & Agent Partner performance
- Own the budgets for the location
- Maintain a self-goal sheet to lead by example and have an adequate Span of Control
- Network continuously to get good APs from Market
- Ensure APs and health agent's income in location exceed benchmarks
- Coach MPs and APs on management/sales skills and career growth
- Connect with APs who are falling short of CMC criteria to re-activate them
- Work closely with the training team to organize regulatory and skill development programs
- Propagate the career option amongst the health agents in the branch
- Own the rookie AP induction and development program
- Arrange/attend digital, outdoor promotional (BOP's) events and seminars on recruitment (COP), awareness, customer events, HNI priority etc.
- Grow the representation of advisors and AP's from location on Conventions, Clubs, and R&R etc.
- Ensure the desired policy renewals of the branch
- Ensure the LR% (Loss Ratio) within the parameter for the branch / location.
- Deal with first level of claim & service issues.
- Deal with and escalate compliance issues
- Responsible for the P&L of the branch
Functional Skills Required

- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) - Intermediate
- Excellent verbal communication and / or Written communication
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT :
- Work Exposure : Candidate should have an exposure of doing/managing sales through Managing Partner & Agent Partner
Market Exposure : Candidate should have worked in the Health Insurance local market
Team Management Exposur e: Candidate should have managed a team of 6 members
Target Industries : Health Insurance, General Insurance
Target Companies : Standalone Health Insurance companies
Language abilities : Hindi, English, Local Language
