Branch Manager - Sales - Insurance (5-10 yrs)

Objective : Achieving growth and fulfilling set sales targets by successfully managing the team. This position displays high commitment to Company values and ethics.
Responsibility :
1. Responsible for business numbers in the desirable yield
2. Ensuring the fee income through fees/insurance and other business
3. Ensure the fulfilment of manpower in sales ensure on-boarding
4. Training the resource and align to the policy/practices
5. Ensure and take charge of the over-all branch performance
6. Regular training in sales/cross -functional teams
7. Managing the over-all collections data and see if the proper follow ups and allocations are followed
8. Responsible for the entire sales/collections of the branch
9. Ensure development of the connector channel in the branch
10. Monitoring RM wise productivity and review them weekly basis
11. Do field visit with the relationship managers to understand the atypical market differentiations
12. Ensure periodical visit of the property and assets funded from time to time
13. Ensure to promote any other product of the organisation as and when there is a demand
14. Ensure that the stipulated product policy in terms of legal/technical is adhered
15. Ensure sales productivity of the RM through continuous marketing activities and lead generations.
16. Ensure that collection efficiency of the over-all branch in x-30 bucket is 96% plus
