- This function has many facets, including goal-setting, training, and mentoring. primarily aiding in the development of the business in the field.
- This position should ideally include sales and training; instead of being held to direct commercial targets, they will contribute to indirect targets through development.
- Successful agency-model salespeople who are eager to learn more about support and mentoring roles are what we are ideally searching for.
- If necessary, the role entails traveling to sites under specific Area branches.

Desired Candidate :
- Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
