Role description :
To handle the overall Smart Office Business, Operations, along with budgeted to line, bottom line and distribution build as per plan.
Experience :
3- 5 yrs experience out of which Agency recruitment/ management experience of at least 2 years. GI/LI experience preferred
Job Responsibilities :
- Must have the ability to recruit and license Insurance advisors, drive the team of these advisors to generate business and expand the business.
- Achieve Advisor activation of 60%
- Should have the bandwidth to handle more than one distribution channel.
- Should be adept at multi-tasking (handle SMO sales and operations on an on-going basis, if the need arises.
- Will be responsible for achieving the business targets set for the SMO.
- To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Chola MS brand and growing the brand.
- Responsible for the smooth functioning of the SMO
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Person expected to have high degree of credibility in the local market
- Must be adaptability and functional IT knowledge
Other Responsibilities :
- Good Knowledge in office applications such as Excel, Word and Power Point
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Should be able to guide/manage/mentor the SMO team
- Should ensure the desired Product Mix is achieved, thereby ensuring the desired profitability for the SMO
Qualification :
Graduate - Preferably a Post Graduate
