Branch Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager for Agency Channel that is enthusiastic and committed. This position involves managing, inspiring, and training FLMs to meet their sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Through local marketing initiatives, increase branch-level customer foot traffic.
- Create and execute sales and marketing plans while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Preserve and strengthen ties with current clients and forge new ones.
- Establish and preserve solid relationships with regional stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Employ, develop, and track branch employees' performance.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team-building skills;
- Demonstrated sales and marketing experience, especially in the insurance industry.
- The capacity to inspire and motivate a group of people to accomplish goals.
- Proficiency in networking and local market knowledge.
