India's Leading Insurance Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Investment Relationship Manager to join our growing Banca Channel team.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships with branch relationship managers and bank staff to achieve ambitious sales targets for insurance products.
Responsibilities:
- Within a given territory, establish and preserve strong bonds with branch managers and other bank employees.
- Select and evaluate prospective insurance leads from the bank's clientele.
- Recognize and articulate the characteristics and advantages of a range of insurance products, such as health insurance, life insurance, and other pertinent options.
- Assure effective risk and benefit communication by matching client needs with appropriate insurance options.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 1 of experience in sales and marketing in the Life Insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of life and/or health insurance products and their applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele and bank staff.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Desired Candidate:
- BFSI would be preferrd
- Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
