Branch Manager - Sales - HVAC (10-14 yrs)
Assigned responsibility is predominantly to manage and develop company's business in your territory.
- To achieve sales targets given by the Company in the territory.
- Key Customer Accounts Management.
- To ensure booking of quality business for the Company.
- To design and implement the sales of new business for the company.
- Initiating and handling of sales activities and business development initiatives.
- Meeting existing customers to understand their needs and expansion plans
- Meeting with consultants and new customers for business growth
- Attending to all necessary Sales / Project and Service related issues as required.
- Exploring new avenues for Market expansion (Industrial Segment).
- Monitoring competitor's activities.
- You will be accountable towards successful completion of all Companies' Projects Business with high profitability and customer satisfaction.
- You shall also work on generating repeat business from clients where Company carries out Project Works.
- Site inspections and quality check on site activities. You shall be responsible for complete Techno-commercial control on all Companies Projects' within the territory as assigned to you by the Management.
- Preparing MIS as required by Management and suggesting improvements.
- Any other assignment given by the company from time to time.
