Branch Manager - Sales - Housing Finance Firm (4-8 yrs)
Locations : Neyatinkara Palakkad Calicut Vadakara Malappuram Alleppey Thiruvalla - KERELA
Job Purpose Statement
- To manage the assigned area efficiently and effectively w.r.t. sales promotions & business activities. Achieve the business targets by ensuring adequate demand generation and good quality of loans.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and generate business for assigned area
- Train & guide team on selling techniques, business processes and credit parameters
- Monitor & track team performance
- Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field investigations / other checks, relationship development and market mapping
- Follow up & ensure credit approval from the concerned authority for files submitted
- Collections / Recovery of assigned portfolio
- Ensuring complete documentation, stamping and formalities related to pre / post disbursement
- Complete control of NPA and overdue cases and their overall reduction to set targets
- Abreast with the competitor's practices and market activities / preferences and recommend future strategies
- Conducting various marketing initiatives in assigned area
- Customer service - Attending to customer enquiries / grievances on a timely basis
Key Challenges
- Identifying the relevant customer segment & planning sales activities targeted to this segment
- Providing adequate number of good leads to sales team for closure
- Converting tough leads into actual business by selling the rate, fees & loan amount
- Converting sanctioned cases to disbursement
- Retention of employees
- Maintaining collaboration among teams
- Decision making authority
- Preparing sales plan for assigned area Assigning individual leads to sales executives.
- Managing the Sanctioned Undisbursed Portfolio.
Job Requirements
Education
Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA with knowledge of Housing Finance
Products, NBFC Products
Work Experience(in Years)
4-8 yrs in Home Loans only
