Branch Manager - Sales - Health Insurance (5-12 yrs)

Eligibility:
- Graduate / post graduate preferably with 5 - 10 years of proven experience
- Concept selling experience & knowledge of business planning tools
- Sound understanding / Knowledge of financial services sector
Purpose : The job holder will be responsible for achieving health insurance policy & premium income targets through the Agency Sales Manager & Their Advisers
Key Responsibilities :
1 Conceptualize & design effective coverage plan in assigned branch for his team
2 Conceptualize & implement sales plan & sales promotion plan through his team so that partners get effective sales support. Develop strategies on lead fulfillment
3 Provide direction & conceptualize action plans for Agency partners for his/her branch: Has responsibility of being part of his/her team recruitment & has accountability for running business opportunity presentation & drive R & R initiatives in the branch
4 Develop his managers quality through on the job training(Product knowledge/ Selling Skills etc)
5 Overall responsibility of managing his team for the given branch. Responsibility for recruitment, motivation & retention.
6 Review/ Monitor / Analyze sales performance & competitor activities.
Key Skills :
1-: At least 3-6 years of Team management experience/4-6 years of sourcing experience.
2-: Understanding of Agency channel
3-: Excellent interpersonal skills
4-: Excellent job knowledge
5-: High Energy levels
6-: Self driven & dynamic personality
7-: Excellent communication skills
8-: Ability to handle stress
