- The purpose of this job is to ensure achievement of business targets and enhancement of profitability of the assigned area by providing effective leadership, planning resources, monitoring people's performance & market changes & ensuring timely operations support to ensure smooth functioning.

- It also includes distribution building, retail development and recruitment of BDM, Agency Partner and Advisors

Location - Mumbai

Position:- Branch Head

CTC - Negotiable; depending upon previous CTC, experience, education, interview status.

Job Responsibilities:

- Leading and managing team of 2 ADM's /4 ADO?s/ Exclusive Channel Partner/ Premier Leader and Advisors for selling Health Insurance products through efficiently handling of Distribution Team.

- Actively Involving with PL & EP with the support of ADM/ ADO for Advisors recruitment through Various Activities.

- Ensuring Callathon activity being done by Advisors on Daily Basis for Min 2 hrs and Sufficient Lead generated for the Day to meet the business numbers on Daily Basis.

- Arranging weekly Training and Engaging Activity for Agents so that they get connected with us and focused on business numbers.

- Identifying the Targeted PL, having F2F Meeting with them, telling business opportunity with us as well as setting minimum business expectation.

- Goal Setting and Weekly Review of PL & EP. giving ideas to enhance the ticket size and Advisor Productivity.

- Guiding ADM/ADO and Leaders to Approach HNI agents recruitment so that can meet good numbers.

- Preparation of strategic business plan and designing of various initiatives for the channel.
