Branch Manager - Sales - General Insurance (3-10 yrs)
We Have requirement for Branch Managers (Smart Micro Office - SMO) across Bangalore with following aspect.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Must have the ability to recruit and license Insurance advisors, drive the team of these advisors to generate business and expand the business.
- Achieve Advisor activation of 60%
- Should have the bandwidth to handle more than one distribution channel.
- Should be adept at multi-tasking handle SMO sales and operations on an on-going basis, if the need arises.
- Will be responsible for achieving the business targets set for the SMO.
- To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the Chola MS brand and growing the brand.
- Responsible for the smooth functioning of the SMO
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Person expected to have high degree of credibility in the local market
-Must be adaptability and functional IT knowledge
Other Responsibilities :
- Good Knowledge in office applications such as Excel, Word and Power Point
- Should be good in both verbal and written communication skills ( Local language must)
- Should be able to assist / guide/manage/mentor the SMO team
- Should ensure the desired Product Mix is achieved, thereby ensuring the desired profitability for the SMO
Criteria:
Product : General Insurance(Agency Channel).
Experience : Min 3-5 years of experience in General Insurance with Agency Channel.
Education Qualification: Any Graduates.
Salary CTC: Upto 6 LPA
Fixed Salary: Fixed Salary + Incentives.
Six days working in a week.
Language: English with any regional language.
