Job Description
1. Role incumbent is responsible for driving business through effective implementation of functional structure, action plan, role holders, interrelationships & an interface with the stakeholders (internal as well as external) through the team
2. Role incumbent is responsible for channel expansion by appointing new producers / dealers / DSAs or buy identifying new customers
3. Incumbent is also responsible for ensuring attraction, retention & development of the resources in the team
4. Incumbent is a accountable for maintaining adherence to the systems &processes
5. Ensuring goal clarity among the resources
6. Ensuring & reviewing productivity of resources
7. Role incumbent is required to ensure productivity of the resources in his / her team by retention, periodic reviews & course corrections, training & development
8. Incumbent is also responsible for interactions with various stakeholders (internal as well as external) in order to service the clients & to broaden the business base & retention of existing business
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should be from Banking, financial services and insurance
- 8- 10 yrs of experience in Banking, financial services
- Provide CTC UPTO 7LPA
- Presently should be working as a Branch Manager
