- Review distribution sales against target on monthly basis
- To Ensure Area Sales Executive/ Sales Officer productivity and to appointment distributor and dealer.
- Generate Business development for VAP and Institutional Sales
- Good Communication Skills and Analytical Skills
- Experience in planning market strategies and business development
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Develop business plan for long term sales and generating business
Must Have :
- Good experience in Channel Sales and Institution sales
- On-role team handling experience
- Knowledge and Experience with ROI (Return On Investment) Concept
