Branch Manager - Sales - Financial Services (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and manage resources.
- Sales & Business Development: Achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate staff to meet goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Customer Relations: Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Financial Oversight: Manage P&L, cost control, and report branch performance.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years in financial services, with 2-3 years in a branch management role.
- Skills: Leadership, sales, financial acumen, compliance knowledge, customer service.
