Branch Manager - Sales - Financial Services (4-8 yrs)
Hiring for a reputed Client in the Financial Services business. Client is 27 years in the business with PAN India presence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibility involves setting up a new branch from scratch.
- Able to identify location for business generation and better connectivity.
- Would be responsible for branch P&L and revenue targets.
- Handling team of Dealers and Relationship Managers.
- To keep track of team member's performance and guide whenever required.
- Would be responsible to meet revenue target of self and team.
- Should be able to acquire & handle retail client, HNI client and corporate clients etc. as per their profile to generate revenue.
- Should have product & market knowledge and good communication skills.
- To attend client meeting along with team member, if required.
- Generating leads & closing, cold calls over telephone and provoking prospects to open an account with Arihant by making prospects informed about product and services.
- Knowledge of both B2C & B2B business model and have handled different financial products.
