Branch Manager - Sales - Equity/Stock Broking (5-7 yrs)
Requirements :
- Knowledge of distribution, operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales of managing Equity Broking branch.
- Knowledge of Equity Broking Products, F & O, Commodities, Insurance, Investment products like Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF.
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
- Meet goals and metrics
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Provide branch personnel - with training, coaching, development, and motivation
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
