Branch Manager - Sales - Education (8-10 yrs)
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- Overseeing the daily operations and performance of a branch, ensuring that the branch meets sales target.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve the branch's efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with the company's policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards.
- Preparing and analyzing reports on the branch's performance and progress.
- Resolving any issues or problems that arise in the branch or with students.
- Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with counsellors/education consultants.
- Manage and lead the team at the branch.
- Coach and monitor the branch sales team so they achieve individual targets and team targets.
- Efficiently manage clients during branch visits.
- Hold presentations.
- Work in collaboration with the Marketing and Digital Marketing team to help implement a strategy to maximize international student recruitment.
- Identify training requirements for the team and individual members and work with the training team to deliver the required training.
- Conduct process improvement meetings to address problems, issues, and other concerns of the team.
- Apply and track appropriate sales metrics for the team and regularly report to senior management.
- Represent the company during International Education Fairs and Events.
- Contribute to develop the companies brands.
- Meet deadlines and targets.
- Possess a sales attitude.
- Take care of branch infrastructure and collaborate with Admin and Facilities team to solve issues if any.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree or above in any subject
- Experience : 8 to 10 years of work experience in Study abroad/Overseas Education industry
Desired skills and requirement :
- Good command over English (verbal and written) and fluent with local language
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to use databases
- Strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills - Internet, Windows environment, MS Office

- Knowledge of the industry's best practices, trends, and regulations.
