Responsibilities :
- Conducting various BTL activities to reach Management Aspirants.
- Visiting Degree Colleges, coaching centers/Tutorials and fixed presentations, Seminars and Presentations.
- Generating Database of Degree final year students.
- Maintaining a good relationship with Principal TPO, HOD and Faculties.
- Referrals from existing aspirants.
- Tap existing and new colleges to achieve the targets.
- Re-enforce and maintain good relations with existing and prospective clients in order to solicit new business for the branch.
- Calling candidates and counseling them for MBA & Provide proper guidance and convert them into admissions.

Pay : 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 Plus Daily Allowances Plus Mobile Reimbursement on Monthly Basis

Job Summary :
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Information Office. This includes managing a team, ensuring the smooth flow of information between prospective students, current students, faculty, and other stakeholders, and driving the office's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the MBA education landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
Leadership & Management :
- Lead and manage the Information Office team to ensure high performance and motivation.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the office's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
Communication & Information Dissemination :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, current students, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information regarding admissions, programs, events, and other relevant topics.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the college's offerings.
Customer Service :
- Maintain a high standard of customer service in all interactions with stakeholders.
- Address and resolve inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Operations & Administration :
- Oversee the daily operations of the Information Office, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies.
- Manage the office budget, including resource allocation and cost control.
- Implement and maintain office systems and processes that enhance operational efficiency.
Strategic Planning & Development :
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the Information Office to align with the college's overall goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and development within the office, including new services, technologies, or processes.
- Monitor trends in MBA education and information management to keep the office at the forefront of industry standards.
Reporting & Analysis :
- Prepare regular reports on the office's performance, including metrics related to inquiries, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience :
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a management role, preferably in higher education or a related field.
- Proven track record in leading teams and managing operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in customer service, communications, or information management is highly desirable.
Skills :
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the MBA education sector is a plus.
