Branch Manager - Sales - Education (5-15 yrs)
Job Description
As a Branch Manager, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the branch. You will be crucial in achieving academic excellence, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, and fostering a positive learning environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to drive branch success, achieve desired pass percentage targets, and contribute to revenue collections.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall Operations:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Ensure compliance with IIC Lakshya's policies and procedures.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate and support Batch Coordinators, Mentors, RM Finance, Faculties, Admin, and HO Team for the smooth functioning of the branch.
- Serve as a communication channel between the branch and the HO Team.
Training and Development:
- Facilitate regular training sessions and opportunities for the overall growth of the branch team.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Academic Excellence:
- Work towards achieving the Desired Branch Pass Percentage Target.
- Monitor and track student attendance and performance and address any academic concerns.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Provide reports to the HO regarding branch performance, challenges, improvements, and achievements.
- Regularly interact with students to prevent issues and handle them proactively.
Branch-Level Activities:
- Organise and coordinate branch-level activities and events to foster overall engagement.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure the seamless execution of events.
Conflict Resolution:
- Address conflicts, challenges, and issues within the branch promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the HO team to resolve complex issues.
Revenue Collections:
- Contribute to revenue collections by working closely with the RM Finance Team.
- Implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
