Branch Manager - Sales - Education (3-5 yrs)
1. Direct and manage all business operational aspects including customer service, human resource, administration, academics and sales of all the existing products and services along with the new product lines which may be added.
2. Meet the goals set up by the Management.
3. Assess the local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
4. Develop a business plan for the branch. Stay abreast of the competing markets and provide reports on
competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
5. Bring out the best from the team by organising/arranging training, coaching, development and motivation.
6. Take prompt corrective action for customer and employee satisfaction as per company guidelines.
7. Interacting and reporting the Management Team on a daily basis.
8. Handling maintenance, housekeeping, and security and outsourced departments of the branch.
