Branch Manager - Sales - Direct Channel - Insurance (7-16 yrs)
Job Summary :
The primary responsibility of the Business Manager is to recruit, train & drive a 9 member onroll relation ship managers towards achieving the targeted business numbers.
Responsibilities and Duties :
1.Act as a coach for the relationship managers to ensure direction & Support required is delivered
- Handhold them through JFC 's till the time they get up the learning curve, Employee Motivation & Retention
2.Drive Key Input Performance Indicators with an objective of driving the targeted Business numbers
- Apply ones knowledge experience to take Smart Business decisions
3. Aggregate & Report Business Performance for the branch.
4. Ensure regular training for the team members
5. Ensure all mandatory activities related to rule & regulations of the company are always complied.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
4 - 8 years
