Branch Manager - Sales - Consumer Durable (8-12 yrs)
Hiring for Branch Manager for Consumer Durable
Location - Kerala
Exp - 8 Years
Role & Responsibilities :
Sales & Collection :
- Plan and finalise Annual Revenue Budgets in consultation with RMMs.
- Achieve product wise, category wise monthly Sales targets for the branch
- Sales activation plan, BTL activities including CP meets & brand positioning.
- Ensure Collection as per monthly commitment and ROD Reduction as per corporate guidelines.
Channel :
- Continuously Monitor & Improve Channel Partner Health - Dealer, Distributor.
- Network expansion, correction & Channel management strategies for each product, town category.
- Plan to maximize reach (ND,WD) in all town categories
Process :
- Sales and Collection
- Channel Management,
- Channel Development
- Market/Reach Expansion,
- Conduct Promotion activities

- Competition Analysis
People :
- Review performance of team and provide necessary inputs for performance.
- Ensure & Maximize productivity
- Identify, Track & Nurture next line of leaders within branch
- Identify outliers and help in Team Review performance of team and provide necessary inputs for performance.
- Ensure higher inter-personal relations among team members.
- Ensure employee engagement by identifying latent needs and motivation.
Working Capital Management :
- Ensure effective debtors management by fixing credit limits, monitor total and overdue debtors
- Provide resources & help to liquidate old & stuck up debtors
- Monitor collection of Sales Tax forms and expired BGs/EMDs
- Monitor inventory in terms of volume and age. Help team liquidate old stock
C & F Operations :
- Managing C & F/warehousing operations as per laid down policies.
- Ensure efficiency in operations and proper maintenance of stock/books.
Cross Functional :
- Ensure Cross functional efficiency between Sales, Service, Finance, Logistics,
- Product Manager for smooth functioning of branch.
Sales Admin :
- Increase the productivity and increase the category wise sales.
- To Achieve Collection & Reduction in OD for PL
- Channel Management & Development
External :
- Competition Analysis, market trends etc.
