Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Lead and manage the branch operations in Kerala, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Sales Management : Drive channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the Kitchen Appliances segment.

Dealer and Distributor Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors, ensuring effective distribution network management.

Team Leadership : Mentor and guide the sales and operations teams, fostering a culture of high performance and customer-centricity.

Financial Management : Oversee working capital management, budgeting, and cost control measures to optimize branch profitability.

Market Expansion : Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the Consumer Durable sector, specifically in Kitchen Appliances.

Customer Relations : Ensure excellent customer service delivery and satisfaction levels across the branch network.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience : Minimum of 19 years of progressive experience in channel sales and branch management within the Consumer Durable industry, with a focus on Kitchen Appliances.
