Branch Manager - Sales - Chemical (12-15 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our operations in Nandesai within the chemical manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branch management and a proven track record of driving performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Management : Oversee all branch operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while maximizing efficiency and productivity.

Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and develop branch staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.

Sales & Business Development : Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the branch's customer base within the chemical manufacturing market.

Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Financial Oversight : Manage the branch budget, analyze financial reports, and ensure the branch meets or exceeds financial objectives.

Inventory Management : Oversee inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.

Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations in the operation of the branch.

Reporting : Prepare regular reports on branch performance, sales activities, and market trends for senior management.

Problem Solving : Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain service quality and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications :

- Graduate degree in a relevant discipline (Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, etc.).

- 12-15 years of experience in branch management or a similar role, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in financial management and analysis.

- Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions.
