Exp :3 Yrs
- Experienced marketing/business development professionals based out of Hyderabad with min 3 years in the position of Sales Manager or Branch Manager preferably in building materials or related industries.
- Need to be able to work based on targets and manage team to effectively achieve targets.
- The candidate needs to be enthusiastic to work in a start-up environment & should be ready to wear multiple hats shouldering key responsibilities.
- Must thrive in ambiguous situations without losing vision.
- Must be able to lead and motivate a team and should have persuasive communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Demonstrates good decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.
- Have the ability to understand and analyse sales figures.
- Should be willing to travel on a frequent basis in their target region.
- Must be able to converse fluently in Telugu, Hindi and English.
