- Achieve the revenue growth & profitability to upscale the branch
- Manage Online Transition & Dealer Productivity to ensure client profitability
- To ensure Cross Sell of company's Products
- To effectively manage day to day branch administration and operations for smooth functioning of the branch
- To ensure proper customer management & engagement
- To ensure effective risk management & policy adherence
- Training & developing the team for high level performance. Team Building, Engagement & Development
Desired qualification :
- Graduate or an MBA having experience in selling financial services products.
- Good communication skills
- Currently must be managing a team in any leading stock broking company.
- Good understanding of stock market.
- Excellent personality and team management skill.
