Branch Manager - Sales - Broking Firm (3-10 yrs)
Business Development :
- Responsibility to develop business in Equities, Commodities, Currency, Equity Derivatives, Mutual fund & other Third party Products Distribution.
- Shall have to develop all channels for Business Development viz Retail, HNI, franchisee, Corporate sales.
- To organize or participate regularly in lead generation activities, investor awareness program and client relationship management related activities.
Sales :
- Must have Target orientation and should achieve sales targets in the timeline.
- Shall be responsible for both new acquisition targets as well as Revenue Targets.
- Shall be responsible personally to acquire & retain retail, HNI, and franchisee.
- Accounts on continuous basis.
- Doing Cross-selling and achieving Third party product distribution target on monthly basis.
- To take active part in different sales promotion schemes of company floated time to time.
- MIS and Process.
- Expected to follow designed Sales process and compliance norms.
- MIS updation on or before prefix timeline.
Experience :
- Minimum 3-10 yrs in Broking, Mutual fund, Insurance, NBFC or banking industry
- Should have good rapo with HNI & Retail clients and Sub-brokers
- Good Communication & presentation skill
- Should be from BFSI Domain (Banks,Life Insurance, General Insurance & AMC)
- Should have knowledge of equities, derivatives and mutual funds.
Educational Qualifications : Graduate or above with 3-8 yrs of sales experience.
