Job Summary :
- Lead a result oriented team and is responsible for managing the branch profitability, ensuring high quality service and customer relationship management.
- Audit, managing general banking operations involving front office management and client servicing.
- Handled Clearing of the branch, RTGS processing, customers queries and provide smooth and timely service to the customers.
- Attend to customer complaints/ queries promptly & ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Handled sales team and also responsible for achieving targets of both Liability products and TPP of the bank.
- Target and develop new accounts, resulting in more businesses to the bank.
- Accountable for achieving set targets for cross selling of various retail products of Life Insurance, General Insurance, Gold and Mutual Funds, SIP etc
- Accountable for CASA Value and CASA No, with Deepening in new and old base book customers.
- Accountable and responsible to manage, motivate and help branch achieve Advance and Deposits budgets as set out by the management.
- Accountable for incremental growth in branch book i.e. CASA, term deposits, fee revenue, assets business.
Note : This requirement is not for Pune location so apply only those candidates are comfortable only for Palus location.
