Job Summary :
- Lead a result oriented team and is responsible for managing the branch profitability, ensuring high quality service and customer relationship management.
- Audit, managing general banking operations involving front office management and client servicing..
- Handled Clearing of the branch, RTGS processing, customers queries and provide smooth and timely service to the customers.
- Attend to customer complaints/ queries promptly & ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Handled sales team and also responsible for achieving targets of both Liability products and TPP of the bank.
- Target and develop new accounts, resulting in more businesses to the bank.
- Accountable for achieving set targets for cross selling of various retail products of Life Insurance, General Insurance, Gold and Mutual Funds, SIP etc
- Accountable for CASA Value and CASA No, with Deepening in new and old base book customers.
- Accountable and responsible to manage, motivate and help branch achieve Advance and Deposits budgets as set out by the management., Accountable for incremental growth in branch book i.e. CASA, term deposits, fee revenue, assets business.
