Branch Manager - Sales - BFSI (4-15 yrs)
1. Will be responsible for the execution, service and monitoring the overall administration and efficient daily operations of a full service branch office; including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives.
2. Achievement of incremental number and value targets for Liabilities (CA, SA, NR, FD); and Fee Products revenue from Trade /FX and third party product (MF, LI, GI, & other fee products), Wealth Management.
3. Be the face of the bank in the given geography for all segments
4. Be able to Drive Team and Business in the Market
5. Be able to present. be articulate and manage senior profiles and dignitaries
6. Prepare and monitor Sales plan for the branch
7. Build a healthy liability and business banking book.
8. Increase market share in the catchment area
