- Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers.
- Establishing standards and delivery of service.
- Sale of non-deposit products. Cross selling targets progressively.
- Sale of MF and insurance products.
- Fee income.
- Branch administration.
- Regulatory compliance.
- Manage productivity,morale of branch personnel.
Requirements :
- MBA Prefered
- Should have sales orientation
- Leadership skills(Though more tactical than strategic).
- Minimum 1 Year as a BM with a Pvt Sector Bank at Guwahati or any similar role for 2 years .
If the candidate is a native of Guwahati and working as above in other location is also preferred.
Prior experience of working in Fancy bazar location in Guwahati will be an advantage
