Branch Manager - Sales - BFS (3-5 yrs)
Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job) :
- Develop and generate business for assigned area
- Train & guide team on selling techniques, business processes and credit parameters
- Monitor & track team performance
- Conduct field visits for customer meetings, field investigations / other checks, relationship development
- Market mapping
- Follow up & ensure credit approval from the concerned authority for files submitted
- Monitor portfolio of the branch and ensure non-overflow to NPA
- Manage legal initiatives of NPA cases
- Manage PDD of the branch
- Manage audit & compliances there on
- Manage external agencies
- Manage business development of the assigned branch
- Manage customer & employee grievances
- Maintain TAT from acquisition till disbursement
- Third party bill/payment management
- Property certification on loans above 15lacs
- Personal discussion on loans above 15lacs
