Designation - Branch Manager
Exp : 5yrs + CTC Budget : 16 LPA
Location : Hyderabad
- Customer service
- Resolve customer complaints and grievances
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide alternate avenues for escalating issues
- Refer cases to the Zonal Office or Nodal Officer if needed
- Sales
- Achieve sales goals
- Generate revenue through the sale of CASA and third-party products
- Lead a sales channel of team leaders and sales executives
- Ensure recruitment, training, retention, and mentoring of sales teams
Branch Manager Hiring Criteria's:
- Fluent Communication in English and is presentable
- Total Experience must be more than 5-10 years in Banking - Retail
- Current Experience in the present role must be 2-5 years + No recent promotion
- Age of the candidate: 37 Years Max
- Education Qualification : Any Graduation
