Branch Manager - Sales - Bank (8-30 yrs)
Sales & Business Development:
Sales Planning:
- Prepare and track product-wise liabilities and fee AOP for the full financial year.
- Conduct commerce and catchment mapping.
- Develop and review a monthly activity calendar for outbound activities of BSM/JO.
- Implement MOP for outbound and inbound sales on the 1st of every month, followed by weekly and monthly reviews.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of all branch employees.
- Review productivity of RMPAs, BOMs, BBs, and PBCSs weekly.
- Present yourself and the team as the face of the bank with good command of English and proper grooming.
Team Leadership:
- Daily monitoring and support of BOMs & PBCSs.
- Weekly meetings with the sales team.
- Conduct daily morning huddles to discuss daily plans and agendas for employees.
Customer Onboarding & Sales:
- Ensure proper onboarding of all new customers.
- Achieve the sale of 3 products per customer within 90 days of account opening.
- Track inflow/outflow reports, account closures, FD renewals, FD closures, overdue FDs, locker occupancy, and daily business generation.
- Maintain quality customer acquisition through sourcing mix and onboarding processes.
- Regularly monitor DSRs.
- Properly assign and close leads.

- Tap into untapped markets or customer segments within the branch'
