Job Description :
- Managing profit centre operations with key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of available resources.
- Responsible for new client acquisition and increasing depth in existing relationships.
- Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
- Understands clients risk profile and maximizes the risk vs. reward balance for individual clients by optimizing product mix.
- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.
- Providing training to his team members and new recruits to take up responsibilities and ensure compliance with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations and legislation governing the financial services industry
- Ensure compliance of all processes according to company policies/ procedures including audit, RMS, statutory, review daily reports and take proactive action to ensure profitable and ethical business.
- To keep one self-updated on the financial markets and in advisory products / services in particular.
SKILL SETS
- 8 years to 14 years experience in the Stock BFSI Industry.
- Should have good communication & presentation skills.
- May have good existing client relationships in the market.
- Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
- Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
