Branch Manager - Sales - Bank (6-13 yrs)
We are looking for Branch Manager-Banking for Thane location. Candidates with experience in Retail Banking from new generation banks can apply. Branch Manager/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Branch Manager operations with minimum 5 years in Retails banking may send applications.
Business Development and Profitability of the Branch :
- Be responsible for profitability of the retail business of the branch, as per targets allocated by the Bank from time to time.
- Strategize & execute actions for balance sheet growth, retail acquisition & growth in interest & fee income.
- Area mapping, customer/prospect segmenting
- Generate/manage leads
- Monitor DSR
- Cross-sell of retail TPP products with new/existing customers
- Achieve individual, branch sales goals via new business referrals & retention of customers.
- Organize customer meetings to strengthen relationships, cross sell and referrals
Location : Thane
CTC : 15-20% Hike from the current CTC
