Job Description
- To have a good Sales Team in place as per plan (No of BDEs)
- To do micro marketing activities
- Ensure proper tracking of BDEs
- Motivate the Sales Team to perform
- Increase the book size of the branch
- Maintain Cost of acquisition low by acquiring bigger value accounts
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good Communication Skills Preferred
- 5-6 years of direct sales experience with Team handling experience of one year.
- Prefer candidates from Retail Sales Experience (Banking / Non- Banking/ Insurance/ NBFC- s/Securities etc )Appointment fixing, meeting clients and daily tracking should be part of current KRA.
- Should have an understanding of Digital space and be comfortable with mobile-based tools CRM for lead tracking.
