JD :
- Responsible for meeting the sales targets and adherence to all due deligence, guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Managing Sales, Market penetration, Loan appraisals, Operations, Legal & Technical, Collections and complete control of NPA and overdue cases sourced and their overall reduction to minimal.
- Cost Management and Cost effectiveness at the branch to ensure profitability, also ensure that the branch adheres to (KYC) and (AML) norms at all times.
- Supervising Key Areas including Marketing, Business Channel Development, Team Development and Revenue Generation with proper team management.
- Ensure all laid down system and processes are followed at the branch as stipulated by the Senior Management. Ensure that all staff are adequately trained on the
Products like Secured and Unsecured of the Bank and Sales Processes.
- Leading a team of SM, RM, SO and ensuring a proper quality files which goes and qualified the crietria of disbursement.Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Responsible for Recritment, Training and development, Motivation, Guideance, Attrition control on team, developing and adhering to policies, procedures & systems.
- Provide guidance to the team on daily, monthly, and quarterly work plan in accordance with the formulated strategies and educate team to maintain customer service as priority.
- Ensure DSR review on a daily basis.Conduct the morning Huddle.Maintain and Improve TAT of sanction and disbursement.
- Responsible for dealing with External and Internal Auditors and inspections and compliance.
